These Services include but are not limited to the Uprio School Exam App, online tuition programs, AI-driven personalized learning tools, video lectures, practice tests, one-on-one tutoring sessions and any other educational services provided by Uprio.

1.2 By accessing the Platform, submitting your information or using any of the Services provided by Uprio, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Your personal information will primarily be stored and processed in India, for the operation of the Platform and the provision of Services.
